**General Terms and Conditions Smikkel Kok**
1. **Definitions**
- *Smikkel Kok*: The company engaged in preparing and delivering meals and dishes to customers.
- *Customer*: A natural or legal person who has subscribed to Smikkel Kok for the delivery of meals and dishes.
2. **Subscription and Delivery**
2.1 By entering into a subscription, the customer enters into an agreement with Smikkel Kok whereby the customer will receive a dish or meal at least 4 times a month.
2.2 By default each customer has a fixed day of the week for delivery, but the customer has the option to make monthly choices regarding which meal, which day(s), and the choice between vegetarian, meat or fish.
2.3 The customer can choose to select exact products or days weekly or monthly, which allows the fixed delivery day to be changed to the self-selected days.
3. **Billing and Payment**
3.1 The cost of the subscription will be billed monthly.
3.2 Payment must be made prior to delivery.
3.3 In case of non-timely payment, Smikkel Kok reserves the right to suspend the delivery or terminate the subscription.
4. **Changes and Cancellations**
4.1 The customer may make changes to the choices made up to a certain deadline, as indicated by Smikkel Kok.
4.2 Cancellation of the subscription is possible subject to the notice period, as stated in the agreement.
5. **Lunches and Catering**
5.1 Smikkel Kok also offers the possibility to provide lunches and catering for events and meetings. The conditions for this will be discussed and laid down separately in agreement with the customer.
6. **Liability**
6.1 Smikkel Kok is not liable for any damage resulting from the improper use or storage of delivered products.
6.2 Smikkel Kok is not liable for any allergic reactions which may arise from consumption of the delivered meals. It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate any allergies.
7. **Privacy**
7.1 Personal data of customers will be kept confidential and used only for administrative purposes and communication regarding the services of Smikkel Kok.
8. **Final Provisions**
8.1 This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
8.2 Disputes arising from this Agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Smikkel Kok is located.
By concluding a subscription with Smikkel Kok the customer declares to have taken knowledge of these general conditions and to agree with them.
